I will use one word to describe our experience with Jireh Painting and Remodeling: OUTSTANDING!!! They were OUTSTANDING in completing painting our home from start to finish. We received many estimates and I was impressed with Jireh from the very beginning. They were the first company to identify a couple areas of rotted wood that would need to be addressed for a quality paint job. Only one other company identified these areas also. I believe other companies would have just painted over those areas or it would have resulted in a change order for additional expenses to address after they started the work. Jacob from Jireh was very thorough in his inspection prior to quoting the job. He took a very detailed and extensive review of the house before providing their quote. He was very thorough in explaining how they would complete the project from start to finish (pressure washing all surfaces, allowing time for everything to fully dry, fixing all rotted wood, caulking/filling all imperfections, painting, etc.). He even discussed details of the options on the quality of paints to be used for durability. Our desire was to have a superior quality paint that would last for a long time. He recommended Sherwin-Williams Emerald paint and a combination of spraying and rolling all surfaces to get good adhesion and coverage. I did my own research based on all the quotes I received and found that Sherwin-Williams Emerald paint is considered one of the best paints on the market. Jireh was the only company who quoted this paint and when I did my research, it was the best out of all the paints quoted. Once we agreed to proceed, Jireh started and completed everything as they promised. They kept us informed each step along the way. Their workers were always polite, courteous, and professional. The quality of work for everything they did was phenomenal. It was apparent that they treated our home as if they were doing work on their own home. We were so impressed with their workmanship that we also had them finish our oak double patio door, which I planned on finishing myself since I wanted to make sure it was done right. We entrusted that to Jireh and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! Interestingly, I had already purchased stain and finish materials for doing the door, but they went out and bought new stain and finish to complete the door. Clearly, they were focused on quality and not cost. They wanted to make sure the finished product was done right – they delivered! The door is absolutely beautiful! Throughout the entire process, any things we asked for were met with a smile and, “Sure! No problem!” We were beyond impressed by Jireh’s workmanship, quality, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. They completed the job as promised with high quality and there were no surprises. They will be our first call for any future work we need performed.
